The goal of the project is to strengthen Viet Nam capacities to manage data flows and report information adequately to fulfill the enhanced transparency framework of the Paris Agreement requirements. The immediate objective of the project is to meet enhanced transparency requirements as defined in Article 13 of the Paris Agreement by operationalizing institutional arrangements and strengthening technical capacity for measuring and reporting on emissions, mitigation and support received.
