Request for Proposal - NDC Platform for CBIT Sierra Leone

The Environmental Protection Agency of Sierra leone is looking for an International IT firm to set up the Nationally Determined Contribution online platform for data collection and management, design and programme the platform and related data and populate the platform with relevant climate and NDC data, making it a one-stop shop for climate transparency matters in Sierra Leone.
