After a master's degree in environmental law and policy, I did DEPA in environmental management followed by  master's degree in public administration.

Experiences
 -  I am the general manager of the environmental management agency since 2010
 -  Coordinator of the PASIET project (environmental statistics)
 -   2005-2010: Director of Planning at the Ministry of Environment and Forest Resources (MERF) of Togo

  - 2009-2014: Coordinator of the National Program of Decentralized Environmental Management Action (PNAD) of Togo
