My name is Arthur R.M. Becker. I am a Liberian and work within the Department of Multilateral Environmental Agreements( MEAs) as Project Officer, and National Focal Point for the Capacity Building Initiative for Transparency(CBIT) at the Environmental Protection Agency of Liberia. I have worked and continue to work on Climate Change issues at the National and International front as a technician and Climate Change negotiator. I am also the National Focal Point for the Global Fuel Economy Initiative(GFEI) on Sustainable Transport emission levels and provide technical support to the revision and implementation of Liberia's Nationally Determined Contributions(NDCs).
