1.1 Sectorial templates and consistency guidelines on data collection and reporting are developed and related trainings are provided for subnational level
1.1.1 Develop subnational reporting capacities according to the province’s interests: through data gathering tools (Templates), consistency checks analysis and identification of opportunities for improvement
