1. Argentina is able to elaborate and share consistent and accurate national and subnational GHG inventories
1.1 Sectorial templates and consistency guidelines on data collection and reporting are developed and related trainings are provided for subnational level
1.1.1 Develop subnational reporting capacities according to the province’s interests: through data gathering tools (Templates), consistency checks analysis and identification of opportunities for improvement
