Request for Proposal - Hardware & software improvements in Trinidad and Tobago

The Environmental Management Authority (EMA) invites suitably qualified firms/individual to submit Proposals for the provision of hardware & software improvements under the project "Strengthening Trinidad and Tobago's Capacity in transparency for climate change mitigation and adaptation". 

The Request for Proposal (RFP) is open to suitably qualified and experienced providers of the services described in the above table, within Trinidad and Tobago.

Interested firms/Individuals are required to visit the EMA’s website at: https://www.ema.co.tt/public-interest/request-for-proposals/ to access the Terms of Reference (ToR) for the RFP.

The contract will be awarded in accordance with the pre-defined evaluation methodology outlined in the RFP. The services to be provided will be governed by the terms and conditions outlined in the respective RFP Document.

Proposals must be completed and submitted in accordance with the instructions outlined in the RFP documents and must be accompanied by valid Statutory Documents where applicable. All documents with expiration dates must be valid at the time of submission.

Proposals shall be submitted electronically, in accordance with the instructions of the RFP documents. Firms/Individuals are strongly advised to ensure Proposals are submitted well in advance of the deadline, to mitigate the risk of the Proposal being rejected. The proposal is to be addressed to:
