Specialized in: Climate change, mitigation actions, technology assessment. Management and Energy Development Centre, (CUBAENERGIA). Member of the National Climate Change Group in Cuba I have worked in the formulation of NDC and in elaboration of the domestic MRV system, among other tasks related to the program of takling climate change in Cuba.
