My current position is Cordinator of the National Climate Change Programme (NCCP) in Cote d'Ivoire and also JISC member under UNFCCC for non-annex 1 countries. The National Climate Change Programme is the operational entity of the Government of Cote d'Ivoire, working on CC and leading the NDC implementation, M&E and revision.
Previous, I was the UNFCCC National Focal Point for Cote d'Ivoire during 04 years and also GCF's AND for Cote d'Ivoire.
I worked on the 2nd NC and cordinate the 3rd NC and BUR1 for Cote d'Ivoire.
I am member of the West-Africa Network on MRV since many years.
I studied Oil & Gas Engineering and focus on well test analysis, before being graduated with some certificates in GHG inventories (particularly on Energy sector), modelisation, MRV systems, etc.
